| Application of Geese Repellency at Beach Park |
Posted on Mar 20th, 2012
We will be applying FlightControl® PLUS for Geese Repellency in a small area around the beach to help reduce geese activity at the Beach Park on Wednesday or Thursday evening of this week around 7:00-8:00 p.m. There will be small lawn signs posted when it is applied. The signs will be up for 24 hours, but the product will be dry within a hour. Hopefully, this product along with our Geese Away ground unit light will help reduce the geese droppings this year.

| Sentinel Well in the Children's Park |
Posted on Aug 16th, 2011
Dear Neighbors:
Oxford Village contacted the Oxford Lakes Association Board and requested an easement to place a sentinel well in the Children's Park on Thornehill Trail. The village manager explained that the village was placing four wells around the villages underground water supply in order to periodically test the water to assure the water quality. After confirming that the well would be secure and unintrusive, and that the village would be responsible for any liability resulting from the well, OLA Board agreed to allow the well to be drilled. We had no idea the extent of damage that the well driller would cause to our park. We have been in contact with the village, the drilling company, and the landscaper hired by the drilling company to repair the damage. We have been assured by all involved that the damage will be repaired to our satisfaction. The safety of our children is foremost our concern. We are keeping the pressure on the village to correct the problem ASAP! In the meantime, we ask that you discuss with your kids to stay clear of the damaged area, especially the sink hole that has developed around the well.
Sincerely,
Charlie Stevens
President - Oxford Lakes Association
